what to do with Makefile ?

Hi,

I'm working on Indonesian translation of the website.

>From the Example of Starting a Translation page:

...
"Edit english/template/debian/*.wml and add translations to all the
<define-tag ...> entries. This should be quite straightforward. 

The Makefile in each directory will compile every .wml file it finds. 

When you are done adding and editing pages, do a 

   cvs commit

from the webwml directory."


I'm not sure with the sentence "The Makefile in each directory will
compile every .wml file it finds." Is there anything I should do with
the Makefile? Or, I just proceed with "cvs commit"...
