Bug#86806: Disappearing packages

OK, scratch one mystery.  gnu-smalltalk is listed under interpreters,
which is a perfectly fine place for it.

However, the whereabouts of the stable and testing versions,
particularly the former, is still a mystery.  FYI, here's something
from my system, referring to a version number of the package that is
not in any of the archives (apparently).
