Hi, I'm administrator of www.jp.debian.org. I've rsynced www.debian.org contents from www.au.debian.org, but I noticed it got access denied recently, so www.jp.debian.org mirror is stopped. I tried several Push-Primary www.debian.org mirror listed in http://www.debian.org/mirror/mirrors_full, which looks near from Japan, (almost push-primary sites are in Europe, so it is far from here...) all of them require authentication.
