wml-izing cdimage.d.o

Recently I got an email from a Debian user from Poland - Pawel
Tecza. He said he would like to translate something for Debian,
and did "The Pseudo-Image Kit" README for start. (PIK is a
script that assembles a CD image from downloaded packages).

The next thing he would like to do is the cdimage.d.o website.
We talked to its webmaster, Anne Bezemer, and thought it was better
to do that the right way and move it to wml so that it will be
easier for others to translate it do more languages.

Now we need a CVS repository for that. I thought of webwml,
since there are already many accounts for translators there and
there is some useful infrastructure (some ready Makefiles,
translation-check.wml etc.)

I guess it will be OK to make a module similar to newmaint,
that would use ../webwml where necessary? I'm not sure if I
have the necessary privileges to create it now so can someone
please do that?

BTW: I would like to start using cvs via ssh and my new debian
account. IIRC my account needs to be added to some group...
whom should I contact?
