Yesterday I read on a web page of one of my friend (thanks, Nakano-san :)
that "toico" (http://http://wizard.ae.krakow.pl/~jb/toico/) can create
an ico file with two (16x16 and 32x32) images.

I planed to check/verify this last night, but I can't due to short of time.
I'll do check/create new ico file in a few weeks, but I welcome if anyone
can do it. Anyway, hope this works.

Regards.
