When working on international/french/ltcp.pl I realized that many
scripts do share some code. IMHO it would be very helpful to write
small Perl packages instead of long standalone scripts. For instance,
a Cvs package would implement retrieval of CVS revisions, etc.
If you also believe this would be useful, I could work on this.
