I have heard about troubles reading language links of Debian web pages.

Now language links (links to index.html.xx etc) use ASCII characters
and "entity reference" (like "ç" and "日") for non-ASCII
characters. Note some languages such as Japanese, Korean, and Greek
are written using only the "entity reference".

However, some web browsers such as lynx cannot handle this "entity
reference" even under appropriate locales. This means that
"日本語" (means "Japanese" in Japanese) cannot
be displayed even under EUC-JP (Japanese) locale. Thus, lynx users
from these languages (Japanese, Korean, and Greek) cannot
find their own languages.

Thus, I propose to write like:

 "日本語 (Japanese)" for Japanese
 "한국어 (Korean)" for Korean,
 "Ελληνικά (Greek)" for greek

I found Russian has already done this.

Could you please apply the following patch to
webwml/english/template/debian/language_names.wml ?

Log message:
Fixes: Bug#104413: Cannot read language links for my mother tongue by lynx

Add transliteration of languages written completely in non-ASCII characters
so that those using web browsers that cannot show several script
simultaneously can find the correct language links. This transliteration is
only used on the bottom-of-page language links.
