Bug#103694: packages.d.o doesn't search on subwords in package names

Hm, it doesn't sound too good to me, it's not immediately comprehensible :)

I'd prefer that we work on the real solution -- a new swish++ engine which
is supposed to support proper subword searches. This would require a new
package which has already been prepared by a new packager (though it has to
be checked for correctness) and probably a couple of tweaks to our CGI.
