 I think you misinterpreted the mail.  Take a look at - that page shows the default debian-page of a
newly installed debian machine.

 Craig, please notice that this machine has _nothing_ to do with Debian
itself.  It is just the default page of a newly installed apache package
on a machine running the debian operating system.  Beside this fact
debian itself has nothing to do with this site. For the ip-address you
mentioned has the name jupiter.wh.uni-heidelberg.de I would sugguest you
to contact the responsible persons at the university of heidelberg,
germany.  Hopefully you will be able to find that information on the
page <http://www.uni-heidelberg.de/>.
