It could be, but I doubt it. What Joey says for Javier could be true, but
it could also be that Javier's Maintainer fields are manually overriden.
The script fails parsing idiotic^W Maintainer fields that have comments in
them, so it might have failed for some other reason.
Anyway, the web server is down at the moment, investigation will have to be
postponed.
