I think my point was a bit different. When I go to the social contract, I
have "Debian GNU/Linux -- Social Contract" in the title as well, although
the same contract is true for Debian GNU/Hurd. It would make sense to have a
consistent, operating system neutral title in the generic places, and
specific titles at pages which talk about Linux or the Hurd.

I would like to see a top level title which we can share with every other
web pages in Debian.
