I would have done something like this myself, but all of the pages don't get
regenerated every time, only those that have changed. Removing existing
files before running will disrupt this, obviously.

I think we can make a shell snippet to make a list of all packages in all
the Packages files and compare that to each filename in the www directory
(apart from index.html and allpackages.html, of course)...
