Nothing changed for complete mirrors. The web pages mostly explain how to
make such mirrors, all they say about partial mirrors is that one can edit
the $EXCLUDE variable in ftpsync.conf :)

There have been a few other mirroring scripts posted on the lists recently.
Maybe that should just be put somewhere else and the mirror pages can link
to it... Joey?

The pages do not encourage people to set up _private_ mirrors. Anyway,
provide us with some content and we'll see.

(BTW APT maintainer would probably go berserk, considering the amount of bug
reports he gets because of broken proxy servers :)
