If there are problems with international.wml, that is seperate
from any problems with why_debian.wml so the bug should be
closed anyway. If the problem with international.wml needed
to be associated with a bug, it would need to have a new bug
filed.
Don't bother filing one though. I have removed
webwml/spanish/intro/international.wml
