Bug#75247: w.d.o/Bugs by submitter should pattern match

I want to find all bugs submitted by myself, but I used various emails
and even some broken once I presume.

So I tried to look for bugs submitted by "mrvn", which showed up
none. Same for "goswin" and "brederlow". Only the full email matches.

It would be far better to also show matches that contain the
searchstring or even better to allow regular expressions for matching.
