This sentence does not make a sense without a verb:
"Debian den Linux Betriebssystemkern, aber die meisten grundlegenden
Systemwerkzeuge kommen vom GNU Projekt; deshalb der Name GNU/Linux."

I suggest changing it to:
"Debian verwendet den Linux Betriebssystemkern, aber die meisten
grundlegenden Systemwerkzeuge kommen vom GNU Projekt; deshalb der Name
GNU/Linux."
