Implementing the search engine

G'day,
The udmsearch search engine seems to be working quite nicely. I'd
like to bring it online in a better spot. Currently it sits on
master in my public_html directory.

Obviously it needs to be moved somewhere else. It will probably have to
sit on master somewhere unless the admins allow remote pgsql connections
(and I can see why you wouldn't want that).

There is two parts to the website. The PHP script contains no real text
in it, so there is no translation issues. There is also a file called
search.htm which is a bit like a template. I've hacked the PHP script
so it looks for a file that is s/php/htm/ which is good for the
translators because search.de.php will look for search.de.htm

Now, how do I implement this? Where should it sit in the web CVS so
translators can get to it? I think the search url shouldn't be
master.debian.org buut something else.

Comments?
