Bug#57375: marked as done (lists-archives should show current year (2000) first)

=09It seems that the order that the lists dates are shown on HTML is
that the ones regarding the year 2000 are shown last (a little Y2K bug :)
I will suggest reordering them so the ones of the current year are
*before* 1999 and others.
