connection with EOL problem ! pleas help

hello

two weeks ago our's DVBD stopped downloadings from EOL.
I did'nt got any email notifications about a new login system ...
So, now situation are the same, it still dont want to work

debian, masq for 14 users, squid. As in the past login worked from =
squid.conf
cache_peer 194.177.32.44 parent 8080 0 connect-timeout=3D10 no-query =
login=3Dblabla:passwd no-netdb-exchange

now I have changed it to=20
cache_peer 194.177.32.4 parent 8000 0 connect-timeout=3D10 no-query =
login=3Dblabla:passwd no-netdb-exchange
for astra 113, also I have changed dvbd.conf for astra 113

wat's the problem ?
