There is no reference to the debian-l10n-french list on the subscribing
page. http://www.debian.org/MailingLists/subscribe

I'm subscribed to that list and their are archives of it ;-)

For information :
I did report a bug to the doc-debian package because there is no mention
of the l10n-french list in /usr/share/(doc)/debian/mailing-lists.txt.
