Bug#59322: i386 'linux' kernel file has content type 'text/plain'

When I try to download 
 http://www.debian.org/releases/stable/i386/linux
in Netscape, it downloads as ASCII and adds a .htm suffix.

I suspected that Netscape might by the problem, so I
downloaded Lynx.  As Lynx downloaded the file, it stated
'content type: text/plain'.  Then I realised that that
was the problem.

I suggest configuring your server software to recognize
this 'linux' file as a different MIME type or renaming
it to 'linux.bin'.

I am using Microsoft Windows 95.
