Polish translation of web pages

Hello everybody!
polish translation is alive again!
After having successfully graduated and passed entry exam to a university i
can spend some time od Debian at last.

Translators, please update language_names.wml and add translation of "Polish"
to it... please do it by yourself, i have no ability to properly type all your
national characters :)
