This brings up a point I've been meaning to look into.
Perhaps we should add entries for the commonly used country codes.
For example,
AddLanguage en-us .en
AddLanguage en-br .en
AddLanguage en .en

I believe this will get rid of the problem for people who set up
their language preference to be 'en-us, ja, en' and then complain
that they are getting the Japanese page.

Do the entries with the country code need to also be added to the
LanguagePriority line? I'd appreciate it if someone looked into
these questions as I'm currently swamped.
