The two letter country code for Czech is cs.  Duh.  Fixed in languages.wml.

Feh.  Fixed on master.  We gotta have a better way -- probably
redirect to http.us.debian.org or some such?

These seem to be errors in the SGML itself.  Will look into next week, perhaps.
