The format is good. The availability can be solved by a line called
"Available at" (anyone got a better name?) which lists the locations
it can be purchased. We should have a Language line so there is no
confusion what language the book is in. Also, it is probably a good
idea to have a "CD included" (yes or no) entry so people know if they
need to get Debian separately.
