Sven sent me already a private mail, telling me, that complaints like this 
should go to

	root@www.de.debian.org

But how should the reader of the web pages find out where to send mirror 
problems to. There is only webmaster@debian.org on the web page.

I think it would be worth to change

"Please send comments or corrections on these pages to webmaster@debian.org "

into

"Please send comments or corrections on these pages to webmaster@debian.org or 
mirror maintainers"

and set up a page with all the mirror maintainers.
