There were problems with va.debian.org which hosts www.debian.org
so www it was temporarily moved to http://ftp1.us.debian.org .
Unfortunately ftp1.us seems to have a few problems with
Lists-Archives. Until this all gets resolved, you should be able
to access everything from http://va.debian.org/Lists-Archives/ .
