Nothing to do with you or any of the docs Debian provides. It's
simply that the current organization of that page isn't very good.
Put another way, I want to change how the docs are presented on
the web page.
The web pages need to satisfy the needs of two different groups:
newbies need to be given a simple path to find what they need
(which isn't always what they think they need) and experienced
people should be able to find things quickly.
