Translated pages unavailable for DWN 2003

Hi,

I found that translated pages of DWN 2003 #01 are not available,
though its title is found translated in index pages like
http://www.debian.org/News/weekly/2003/index.<language>
where <language> is "de", "fr", "ja", and so on.

Indeed, http://www.debian.org/News/weekly/2003/01/index.<language>.html
doesn't exist even for "en" and the language-less page 2003/01/index.html
doesn't have language chooser in its footer.
