  Description     : An experimental WACZ archiver.

Wacksy is a small command line program which wraps a WARC web archive
files into a zipped WACZ file. Along with the WARC, a zipped WACZ
archive contains a datapackage and an index and a list of pages
archived.

This software is still a work-in-progress, but it produces valid files
and I intend to package it for Debian once the 'rawzip' crate is
packaged as a dependency.
