 cocot is character code converter between tty and process. It also
 work with ssh, telnet and so on.
 In first release, it supports only Cygwin, but now it supports many
 UN*X.

Upstream abandoned this project long time ago.
Nobody showed any interest in this software (probably the Website is a bit difficult to read for non native speakers) so I am closing this RFP.
