a SQL-WHERE filter

 zfind

 zfind allows you to search for files, including inside tar, zip, 7z and
 rar archives. Its filter syntax resembles a SQL-WHERE clause and has
 provisions for filtering by size, date ranges, file types and SQL or
 regex string matches.

This needs
golang-github-bodgit-plumbing, golang-github-bodgit-sevenzip and
golang-github-bodgit-windows packaged as build dependencies.

I don't intend to file separate ITP bugs for these.
Please holler if I should.
