Lyrebird is a fork of obfs4proxy with many improvements and it implements  
several pluggable transports including obfs4, snowflake, webtunnel and meek. It 
is currently used by the Tor Browser and it would be useful to have it in 
Debian. It will be co-maintained by meskio and me either in the privacy 
maintainer team or the golang team. Russell Coker also expressed interests in 
helping.
