Control: retitle -1 ITP: gokrazy-rsync -- rsync in Go! implements client and server, which can send or receive files (upload, download, all directions supported)

I didn't notice dh-make-golang had picked up the wrong name for the package, we
obviously can't have 2 source packages named rsync.

Renamed the bug to gokrazy-rsync.
