It's used in xmpp-rs but other XMPP libraries can of course use this.
This library does not yet implement RFC7622.

librust-jid-dev is also a new (optional) build-dependency of
slixmpp >= 1.9.0. For now, Debian will use the (slower) Python
implementation.
