Dear maintainer,

mathjax3 has been released quite some time ago, and for reverse deps we
(in calibre) need mathjax3. Also, functionality and performanc wise it
is recommendable.

MathJax 3.x is now packaged in Debian:

https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/node-mathjax-full

Thanks to Yadd who did most of the work.

Note: version 3.2.2+~cs4.2.1-4 has an important fix, older versions may not
work correctly.
