Bug#888076: O: dbf -- Python module for reading and writing dbf files

I look at this package to upload it with working Vcs-* links in
d/control, but ran into some problems.  Not using the source package
as the directory name / project name is causing challenges when
building with gbp.  How do you intend for this package to be built
from git?  Also, there is no pristine-tar branch.  Should there be?
If so, which file name should be commited to it?
