A number p is a safe prime number, if p is a prime number, and p =
2*q+1, and q is a prime number too. These numbers are sometimes used
in cryptography.
python3-gensafeprime is a dependency of py_ipv8 ( #1019898 )

1) the link to this repo was dead for months and no one noticed.
Obviously not a huge audience for this one
2) the motivation for including it into debian was that python3-ipv8
required it. It no longer seems to.
3) i've got enough open RFPs honestly
4) this is a small project and probably already served by other projects
I am washing my hands of this request, if someone else finds it
valuable in debian they can submit a request for it.
