 The GeoIP Update program performs automatic updates of GeoIP2 and
 GeoLite2 binary databases. CSV databases are *not* supported.

 This package also contains a golang library that enables programs to
 maintain their own up-to-date copy of a GeoIP2 or GeoLite2 database.

This library is a new dependency of Syncthing and its absence in
Debian is blocking progress to updating our Syncthing package.  I'm
not sure whether or not the standalone client should also be packaged.
