I would expect to see a link here: - debian/copyright (Source field) - debian/control (Copyright field) - debian/upstream/metadata Usually the upstream source would live somewher outside of Debian (for any non-debian-specific programs, like this one). salsa.debian.org would contain the debianized sources.
