Hi Nicholas,

as of now, two packages are missing:

-async-compression (needed for a reqwest feauture) (already packaged)

-download (requires the above)

Since the bookworm freeze is currently happening NEW uploads aren't really a thing. Once bookworm is released (and someone sponsors my async-compression upload) rustup can enter sid.
