I'd be happy to comaintain the package with the team and everyone else, in fact I have an upload prepared for the latest torbrowser-launcher and would be happy to work with the team to get this done. Especially since we have a critical-level bug that seems to affect all the torbrowser-launcher packages with "no more locales".
