Bug#1043448: [ITP]:srs-server -- simple, high-efficiency, real-time video server

Package: wnpp
Severity: wishlist

* Package name    : srs-server
   Version         : 5.0.170
   Upstream Author : SRS Authors
* URL             : https://github.com/ossrs/srs
* License         : MIT/MulanPSL2(http://license.coscl.org.cn/MulanPSL2)
   Programming Lang: C++
   Description     : simple, high-efficiency, real-time video server

SRS(srs-server) is a simple, high-efficiency, real-time video server supporting RTMP, WebRTC, HLS, HTTP-FLV, SRT, MPEG-DASH, and GB28181.

It has a high number of 22.3k Stars and 5.1k Forks On GitHub.
It has multiple active developers and a community with a strong willingness to maintain it.
It has numerous users worldwide, and many people donate to it (https://opencollective.com/srs-server).

Now, as its TOC (Technical Oversight Committee), I want to create a new software package to make it easier for more people to use it.

I have read the "Debian New Maintainers' Guide" several times and have created a simplified version and uploaded it to the Ubuntu PPA (ppa:srs-server/ppa), and I hope someone can help me complete it.

Thank you.

Best Regards.
