Control: retitle -1 RM: sparkleshare -- RoQA; RC-buggy dependencies

Please remove sparkleshare. It is no longer maintained in Debian and theformer maintainer agreed to remove it. It has RC-buggy dependencieswhich keep it from migrating, causing it to be asent in bookworm. Italso has a low popcon.
