Nomad needs new maintainer.

I'm disengaging from Nomad ecosystem and reducing my dependency on
this technology. Nomad is a (somewhat) lightweight alternative to
Kubernetes and Nomad is especially cool due to its integration with
Consul for services auto-discovery. Nomad deserves more care that
I can currently provide.

Maintaining this package requires time and skills. Please only adopt this
package if you will have enough time and attention to work on it.

If you want to be the new maintainer, please see [1] for detailed 
instructions how to adopt a package properly.
