Bug#1030557: golang-github-theupdateframework-go-tuf is still stuck in NEW

Dear ftp-masters,

I notice that https://ftp-master.debian.org/new/golang-github-theupdateframework-go-tuf_0.5.2-1.html is being reviewed since 5 months. I wonder whether there are any issues or questions with the upload I might be able to help resolving?

The thing is, I'd really would like to continue working on packaging cosign (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1030557), a package for signing container images, and this this package is a code dependency.
