Bug#1032679: O: stomper -- Python client implementation of the STOMP protocol

Package: wnpp
Severity: normal
Control: affects -1 src:stomper

I am orphaning this package ( https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/stomper ) to
reduce the maintenance footprint on packages that I am not familiar of.

The package stomper itself hasn't seen upstream development for several
years. Given its stable codebase and build system, the future maintenance
should be relatively easy. Git packaging repo is located under Debian Python
Team: https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/packages/stomper .

Package description:

The client is attempting to be transport layer neutral. This module provides
functions to create and parse STOMP messages in a programmatic fashion. The
messages can be easily generated and parsed, however its up to the user to
do the sending and receiving.
 .
The Streaming Text Oriented Messaging Protocol is a text-based protocol
vaguely similar to HTTP, intended for message oriented middleware. Its
protocol specification can be found at
 http://stomp.github.io/
