The reason we have not uploaded a new version that would fix the open RC
bugs yet, is because we are considering this package for removal (see
https://bugs.debian.org/1000066). This is blocked by arbtt which
currently seems unmaintained (I will open an RC bug for this now).
Let's close this bug and keep haskell-pcre-light under the Haskell Group
umbrella.
