0.16.1 draft 2 needs embedding 46 crates (28 missing, 3 outdated, 15 ahead); builds in ~55 minutes and works fine (except for disabled or stripped-needing-separate-packaging features as mentioned in packaging TODO file). Main tasks now are to keep package up-to-date with upstream releases, package more of the crates currently embedded, and package the stripped JavaScript code.
