s/packaged/am packaging/ - I cannot finalize that yet: Depends on
feature "kv_unstable" of crate log, which in turn depends on crate
value_bag that you've packaged just now.  Reported as bug#1019504.

Speaking of which: Please file ITP bugreports - they help track
dependencies and help communicate reasons other bugs are not yet
solved.
